Command Center

Our Command Center is headed by the Director of Operations who oversees the daily operations of all programs. Over the years, the team has had the privilege of managing Supplier Quality Programs for multiple commercial and defense manufacturers.

We pioneered the concept of Centralized Field Quality Management with clients in the aerospace industry over fifteen years ago. By combining similar activities from multiple divisions of the same company we are able to provide our clients significant savings in the first year of operation.

The “Managed Program” structure benefits our Customers that have large numbers of suppliers supporting multiple divisions and/or separate profit centers within their corporate organization.

Our Coordinated Services Program provides our Customers with the following benefits:

• Single point of contact, responsibility, accountability and communication for all requirements.
• Reduced costs from standardized program activities and “Economy of Scale” improvements. Deployment of “best practices” and objective advice on improvement opportunities.
• A standardized and coordinated Technical Specialist(TS) qualification and field deployment process that includes obtaining ethics acknowledgements, assignment and distribution of controlled procedures, and scheduling of interviews/field activities
• Processing, invoicing and reporting of time and expenses.
• Providing document control and distribution of materials such as program manuals, forms, policies, technical data packages (TDP), inspection stamps, etc. to the program TSs. All Customer-furnished and/or Customer-related documentation is considered proprietary and is used by only authorized individuals.
• Provide and maintain a scaleable global database of our TSs that have been pre-approved to service your program.
