Technical Specialists

We employ thousands of Technical Specialists (TSs), located throughout the world. Our TSs average over fifteen (15) years of industry experience. Also, on average, they have had seven (7) years of experience working for Unitek Technical Services. Many have achieved specialized certifications within their respective industries, and all of them are experts in their technical disciplines.

We realize that our Customers are our most valuable assets. In addition to providing our Customers with the highest Quality services and competent technical personnel, we continue to distinguish ourselves, in this Industry: for assignments in the United States, we only provide TSs who are under Employee status, therefore eliminating liability exposure which is always present when using Independent Contractors.

Our Employees meet all required federal and state tax laws, receive required benefits (and are covered for certain liability) and Worker's Compensation coverage. These benefits for our temporary Employees are a response to increased scrutiny by federal and state agencies, which oversee employment issues. We have taken these steps to protect you from any litigation relative to employment classification concerns (e.g. – co-employment or being determined to be the employer of the contracting entity's personnel for tax, unemployment and related purposes).

In addition to our domestic resources, we have personnel available in over 140 countries throughout the world.

In the event that we utilize a sub tier source, we flow down all Customer requirements (Technical & Quality).
